Regarding real food allergies, 90 percent of occurrences in the U.S. are brought about by any of these food types: wheat, fish, peanuts, egg, milk, tree nuts, shellfish, peanuts, and soybean.
Seasonal allergies may be induced by tiny specks of dust, pollen, mold, etc. that hover in the air, and come into the nose when you breathe. Someone suffering from allergies will encounter an inflammatory response in the lining of the nose as a result of the body believing that something hazardous has entered.
